Join our dance community designed especially for girls! At Freedom Studio, we're not just learning dance steps — we're building lasting friendships, boosting confidence, and celebrating each other's talents. Through fun and inclusive classes led by passionate instructors, we encourage creativity and finding JOY in movement!

From beginners to seasoned dancers, every girl belongs here! One of our fitness instructors will lead each girl through multiple follow-along dance cardio songs and learning a choreographed routine. This class is built around moving to the rhythm and truly dancing like nobody is watching! Through dance, we foster confidence and cheer each other on. It’s all about letting go of what dance “should” look like and focusing on what dance FEELS LIKE.

This fun and energizing part of class is tailored for girls to focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility in a non-judgmental environment. Through beginner sculpt exercises and creative movement, we hope to empower young minds and bodies, as well as introduce the idea of what it means to take care of yourself through healthy movement.
