  • FIRE

    sculpt - flow - cardio - soul

    Fire is for the people that love to feel unstoppable when they workout. The lights are low, the music is high, and the movement is transformational. Fire is a soulful blend of yoga poses, cardio movements, full body sculpting, and did we mention FIRE beats?! Energy is high with a rejuvenating cool down at the end of class.

    This is the workout experience you didn’t know you needed.

    Equipment to bring: yoga mat, barefoot

    Optional to bring: your own yoga blocks or resistance band, wrist or ankle weights (highly recommend if looking to Level Up. Sold in the studio!) , sweat towel, optional studio sneakers if you want to wear them for support

    Equipment provided: resistance band, light hand weights, sliders, yoga blocks

    Level: Intermediate - Advanced

  • FIERCE

    dance cardio - sculpt

    Say bye to your treadmill and HELLO to FUN CARDIO - dance is one of the BEST cardio workouts! Fierce is 35 minute dance cardio + 15 minute full body “ballet conditioning” movements aka sculpt. Expect high energy, beat driven, follow - along basic dance moves combined with core, glutes, thighs, and arm exercises inspired by ballet. Class closes with a stretch + moment to pause.

    You will feel a major dopamine (JOY) high!

    Equipment to bring: yoga mat, wear sneakers, water bottle

    Optional to bring: ankle weights, sweat towel

    Equipment provided: light hand weights, resistance band

    Level: All Levels / Intermediate

    Prep Class: Sculpt

  • SCULPT

    form focused - low impact - intense burn

    Sculpt is a class that is all about the mindful strengthening and lengthening exercises. There is no jumping or cardio bursts. This class has a focus on form with an intense burn.

    Be sure to incorporate this class into your weekly Freedom rhythm.

    Equipment to bring: yoga or pilates mat, barefoot

    Optional to bring: your own resistance band, wrist or ankle weights (highly recommend if looking to level up your burn! Sold in the studio!)

    Equipment provided: resistance band, light hand weights, sliders, pilates ball

  • FLOW

    vinyasa yoga flow - breath to movement

    Dynamic movement that brings you out of your mind and into your body. Yoga poses thoughtfully weaved together to create a graceful flow. We shake things up enough to calm things down. Class begins with a genuine message, breath work, and a full body warm up. The middle of class is a powerful sequence that connects one breath to one movement - you will feel graceful and powerful. There is added core work so expect to sweat. We wind down with a juicy stretch, calming energy, and savasana with a cold lavender towel.

    The class is for all yoga lovers!

    Equipment: yoga mat, class is barefoot

    Optional to bring: your own yoga block(s), sweat towel

  • CALM

    deep stretch - mindfulness - candlelit

    In our fast paced society it is necessary to slow down. In Calm, expect peaceful music, deep stretches, mobility exercises, and guided breath. When your body feels tight from life, stress, or your other workouts this is the perfect addition to your routine. Our goal is that you activate your parasympathetic nervous system (most of us live in our sympathetic - fight or flight mode!) Do not skip out on this class! It is a necessity for increased health!

    A healthy life does not only mean working on our physical body. Your mental & spiritual health are just as important.

    Equipment to bring: yoga mat, class is barefoot with comfy & cozy attire.

    Optional to bring: your own yoga block(s) or strap

    Equipment provided: Yoga blocks and yoga straps

    Level: Beginner / All Levels

  • STRENGTH X

    heavy weight - intervals

    Get ready to unleash your inner strength with Strength X – this heavy weight and full-body workout is designed to strengthen, tone, and empower! The X stands for eXpress making class 35 minutes instead of our usual 50 minutes. This class combines heavier weights (dumbbells 10-20 pounds) with timed intervals to target every muscle, leaving you feeling powerful and energized. Think squats, presses, and lifts that challenge your body while building strength and endurance. Whether you have lifted heavier weights before or it is your first time, there are plenty of options throughout the class and we have lighter weights you can always start with! Recommended 1-2 times per week. 

    Strength X is here for everyone looking to lift heavier in their Freedom rhythm! 

    Equipment to bring: Supportive sneakers (optional to do it barefoot if you prefer)

    Equipment provided: knee pad, heavier dumbbells 10-20 pounds (light & medium weights are also available, 2-8 lbs), resistance band

    Level: Intermediate

    Prep Class: Sculpt

    *Note to client: set up for this class does take longer to carry 2 sets of dumbbells to your mat. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to be fully set up for class so you don’t miss a moment of this eXpress class!
